88: Calon Ahli K3 Umum/P2K3

Dengan telah diberlakukannya UU no. 22 tahun 1999 tentang Pemerintah Daerah, maka daerah perlu menggali dan memanfaatkan potensi daerahnya guna mengelola wilayah otonomi masing-masing termasuk dalah mhal ini meningkatkan kemampuan perusahaan di wilayahnya. Masih banyak perusahaan di daerah yang eblum mempunyai atau kekurangan tenaga Ahli K3 guna menangani masalah kecelakaan kerja yang dapat terjadi setiap saat sesuai dengan bidang keahliannya sebagaimana yang dimaksud dalam pasal 1 ayat 6 dari Undang-undang no. 1 tahun 1970 tentang Keselamatan Kerja.

Maksud
1. Mempersiapkan tenaga Ahli K3 yang dapat melakukan identifikasi, evaluasi, pemeriksaan yang berkaitan dengan bidan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja secara umum
2. Mempersiapkan tenaga ahli yang dapat mengelola dan menjalankan organisasi P2K3.

1. Tersedianya calon Ahli K3 di perusahaan

On completion, the participants will be able to:
• Undertake accident investigation by analyzing who, what, when, where, why and how the accident happens.
• Select investigation team members, the requirements, the needs of such investigation, evidence analysis, and actions to be taken to reach the investigation conclusion.
• Create investigation report which includes various recommendation to the leader to prevent the occurrence of similar accident.

Tujuan Pelatihan
1. Memberikan informasi yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan yang ada dalam Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (Risk Management) sesuai dengan tahapan–tahapannya.
2. Memperkenalkan teknik analisa dan observasi bahaya yang timbul dari tiap tahapan pekerjaan serta langkah-langkah pengendalian yang diambil guna menghilangkan risiko yang timbul.

87:Vertical Rescue/Fall Protection

This course provides an overview of technology for fall protection and current OSHA requirements. Topics covered include the principles of fall protection, the components of fall arrest systems, the limitations of fall arrest equipment, and OSHA policies regarding fall protection. Course features a field exercise demonstrating fall protection equipment. This course is designed to train employees for designation as “competent persons” for the purpose of fall arrest system component inspection

Objectives
Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to:
• Identify various types of tower climbing fall protection and their components
• Recognize fall hazards and identify abatement methods for tower-related fall hazards
• Define the proper use of fall protection equipment and personal tower fall arrest systems: temporary and permanent anchor; rope & rapelling; etc.
• Select proper standards for citation purposes
• Inspect tower climbing-related fall protection equipment as a competent person
• Obtain safety awareness of working at height
