expand our office in Yogyakarta and urgetly needed some position to be
filled in to be based in Yogyakarta:
FINANCE OFFICER:
– Strong background in Finance
– 5 years working experience
– Good spoken and written in English
– Excellent team player
– Graduated from Finance
– Living in Yogyakarta
IT OFFICER
– Provide daily computer user support
– Perform installation and mainteanance of wireless and wired LAN
connections, maintanance of internet connections, installation and
maintanance of file and print server and setup new computers.
– Ensure that all computers have latest software upgrades and updates
and that they are properly configured with standard Federation
software and antivirus which is updated regularly.
– Provide basic IT training on standard Federation software/hardware
to staff.
– Assist procurement on the procurement of IT equipment. Manage IT
equipment inventory.
– Make sure all IT deliveries are properly documented.
– Living in Yogyakarta
RADIO OPERATOR
– Answer all communications to the radio room.
– Track all vehicle movements and report to security department.
– Conduct staff radio training as requested.
– Perform radio check calls with other Federation radio rooms as directed.
– Living in Yogyakarta
DATA ENTRY
– 3 years experience as Data Entry
– Living in Yogyakarta
